When you see “wrong password” I’ve never known it to be a false error, especially when two devices are telling you the same thing.

Check the password in the D-Link router’s configuration utility, and remember that when you enter the password into your device, it must be typed exactly the same as the password in the router settings. That means uppercase and lowercase letters must be the same, and don’t confuse the number zero (0) with the letter O

If the password you entered is definitely the same, you may have to change the wireless encryption type in the router settings (WEP, WPA or WPA2).

Sometimes boot issues occur because the operating system was installed when more than one drive was plugged in. In cases like this Windows Installer put the boot sector on a different drive than it did the operating system. In other words even if you are careful in choosing the right drive, the installer only listens to you about the operating system and often finds somewhere else to install the boot sector or other system partition that is necessary. Usually the only repair in these cases is to either unplug the other drives and reinstall or unplug the other drives and do a Start Up Repair to the system.
A good look at Disk Manager (screen shot) should show us this.

In many cases when you go to File>Print and you get the print details box, you will have a small check box somewhere in it and this may be checked. This check box will say next to it “Print to File”. Uncheck this box once and then OK the Print. It will print normal and after that it will no longer be automatically checked off from that program (email or browser). This has happened occasionally at work on both PC and Mac’s and appears to be random with it not being any ones ‘fault’ (we cannot trace it to anyone’s actions or anything being done in particular).
Sometimes the machine ‘decides’ to print to ‘MS One Note’ in a particular program. The fix for this is similar, just change it to the correct printer in the print box and later delete ‘One Note’ from the Printer Icons (to prevent it from happening again). The same pertains to ‘Fax’ when it appears as a ‘Printer Icon’.

cannot. IrfanView is a free image viewer that has been around for
many years that can detect, display, and rename files with incorrect

I assume you’ve tried different AC sockets and without using the surge protector? If it has a power adapter rather than a straight cord the problem may be with the adapter. If you wiggle its connection to the printer and it momentary powers up then the problem is there. Sometimes the wiring in the plug gets twisted around and breaks inside the insulation. Or the adapter may be dead. If you have a voltmeter you can check the voltage at the output plug and see if it shows anything.

If it’s not the adapter or power connection in general it’s got to be internal–maybe a fuse inside the printer. You can check to see if you have access to a fuse but most of the time they’re not meant to be opened up by the consumer.

your HDD Password is stored in the HDD unit itself. So even the HDD unit is removed from one computer and attached to another, the HDD password is required to access it.

If you forget your HDD User Password, TOSHIBA will NOT be able to assist you, and your HDD will be rendered COMPLETELY and PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE.

BTW, please do NOT follow the info in response #2. It has nothing to do with your problem, it will not work, & by the off chance it does work, it could result in the loss of all your data.
