Solved Malwarbytes Blocking a Trojan, a Bittorrent File

I have recently installed Malwarebytes anti-malware premium trial. during scan it quarantined two items.
After half an hour of this scan, a message popped up “website blocked due to trojan” an exe file of bittorrent see https://imgur.com/EBmMhoe
I need to use torrent client, please tell me
1- do i put this to exclusion?
2- do I keep using bittorrent with blocking trojan?
3- or use some other torrent client? which one? suggest.
