Solved Unlock hdd/ssd Password on Toshiba

I have a toshiva satellite L655-S5146 and someone put a password to it now I can’t use it and I have almost all my presentation for this year I m getting frustrated I got only 30 day or less to finish it I can’t lose this, any help, I already try many things and cant definitely cant doit my self, pls help.

      There is no workaround – you need to know the password to remove the password. Even Toshiba will not help you.

      “your HDD Password is stored in the HDD unit itself. So even the HDD unit is removed from one computer and attached to another, the HDD password is required to access it.“

      “If you forget your HDD User Password, TOSHIBA will NOT be able to assist you, and your HDD will be rendered COMPLETELY and PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE.“

      BTW, please do NOT follow the info in response #2. It has nothing to do with your problem, it will not work, & by the off chance it does work, it could result in the loss of all your data.
