So I don’t think you will find the drivers you are looking for. The only possibility (if you are lucky) is that they are natively support in Windows Server 2003 64 Bits. If not then you will have to think again.

If it won’t power on after this then there is no way to reset it I’m afraid and returning it as faulty may be the only option.

If you do some googling, you’ll find numerous hits regarding instability issues with the Q6600 & 4CoreDual-VSTA. “Crossover” boards that have multiple support options (DDR, DDR2, AGP, PCI-e) are almost never a good choice. To make it worse, it’s based on a VIA chipset. Looking at the specs, the PCI-e only runs at x4 & SATA is the early 1.5Gb/s version. You would have been better off buying a new board rather than a new CPU.

Copy/Paste their logs on here, together with the one from Junkware Removal Tool which you also should have run (previous post). If you have malware in there you will have problems forever, which could get worse.
