  3. You don't state which model, but generally there's little you can do to repair these. No user-servicable parts in them.Is there a micro SD card in it? Have you tried removing/replacing the SD card and see if it shows signs of life?Maybe a reset:http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/d...

  4. No, it is not on your CPU support list so it will not be supported. It MAY work (probably not at all) and it may not work but ALL features are not supported and probably the wattage as well. Most likely it will not boot at all.

    “the motherboard as M11BB”

That appears to be the system model, not the board: http://www.asus.com/Desktops/M11BB/

Try CPUZ & see if it properly identifies the board: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/

As for why the individual core temps aren’t being shown or why the temps vary across the different software, I can’t say. If I understand correctly though, package temp is the same as Tcase, which is the temp of the heat spreader over the cores. To get an accurate reading, there would have to be a sensor between the heat spreader & heatsink. The core temps are what you should worry about, not the package temp. As per AMD, the max safe temp for the A8-6500 is 71.3°C. Have you tried using the ASUS AI Suite utility?

  7. Have the power adapter tested. No power to unit, no charge battery, no work. See if it is the adapter and if so replace it with the appropriate replacement. I am not big on universal adapters.
