Will Xeon X3430 LGA1156 Work In An Asus P7P55D LE?

Asus P7P55D LE is also LGA1156 and I read it may be almost same as an i7 860?

xeon not listed in compatibility list but i7 860 is.

    1. No, it is not on your CPU support list so it will not be supported. It MAY work (probably not at all) and it may not work but ALL features are not supported and probably the wattage as well. Most likely it will not boot at all.
