Key Highlights
- Ondas (ONDS), Palantir (PLTR), and World View Enterprises formed a strategic alliance to develop AI-driven ISR capabilities.
- The partnership combines Palantir’s artificial intelligence platform with World View’s Stratollite stratospheric balloons and Ondas’ autonomous systems.
- The collaboration encompasses three core initiatives: Palantir Warp Speed, AI Flight Director, and SkyWeaver — addressing supply chain integration, mission operations, and edge computing.
- Ondas portfolio integration is scheduled to commence in Q4 2026, while World View integration has already begun.
- ONDS shares increased 2.34% during Thursday’s premarket session, capping off a remarkable 1,300% surge over the trailing year.
Ondas continues its momentum with major announcements this week. The Florida defense technology firm revealed Thursday a collaborative venture with Palantir Technologies and World View Enterprises aimed at developing AI-enhanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities spanning stratospheric, aerial, and terrestrial platforms.
The alliance unites three complementary technology domains. Palantir delivers its advanced AI platform infrastructure. World View supplies its Stratollite high-altitude balloon technology, operating in the stratospheric zone positioned between conventional aircraft and orbital satellites. Ondas offers its autonomous aerial vehicles, ground systems, and counter-drone technologies via its Ondas Autonomous Systems division.
The partnership aims to establish an integrated command and control framework for ISR operations — seamlessly linking intelligence and activities across all platform categories.
Three foundational programs anchor this collaboration. Palantir Warp Speed focuses on creating a comprehensive data infrastructure connecting supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing operations to enable fleet expansion. AI Flight Director will consolidate atmospheric information, telemetry feeds, and predictive modeling into a unified mission operations platform. SkyWeaver aims to develop edge computing capabilities for real-time on-vehicle data analysis.
Development work involving World View’s stratospheric platforms has commenced. The broader integration spanning Ondas’ complete product portfolio is slated to begin during Q4 2026.
Palantir CEO Alex Karp characterized persistent sensing platforms such as Stratollites and Ondas’ autonomous technologies as representing “a new frontier in operational intelligence.” World View CEO Ryan Hartman emphasized the partnership’s potential to accelerate stratospheric mission deployment while delivering rapid intelligence in challenging operational environments.
Ondas CEO Eric Brock framed the alliance as an important milestone toward creating scalable ISR infrastructure designed for multi-domain military operations.
ONDS shares climbed 2.34% during Thursday’s premarket session to reach $10.06, based on Benzinga Pro data.
Recent Corporate Developments
This partnership expands upon Ondas’ previously disclosed strategic investment and collaboration agreement with World View — establishing an existing relationship between the two companies prior to Palantir joining the alliance.
Earlier in the week, Ondas secured an initial $15.8 million contract for a nationwide demining initiative in Israel. This represents the inaugural operational contract within a multi-year program carrying a potential aggregate value of $60 million.
The company recently completed the acquisition of BIRD Aerosystems, an Israeli defense technology provider focused on missile defense and intelligence capabilities. BIRD’s aircraft protection systems currently operate on more than 700 aircraft spanning over 40 different aircraft types globally.
Ondas preliminarily reported Q4 revenues ranging from $29.1 million to $30.1 million — representing approximately 600% year-over-year growth. Full-year 2025 revenue projections stand at $49.7 million to $50.7 million.
