If you are referring to a Microsoft error code 14, that translates to:
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
You will need at least XP Pro x64 for your system. Based on what I read, it has 6 gb. Ram and XP Home will only recognize about 1/2 of it. Also, with a quad core processor, you are able to run Vista or 7.
I would find a Windows 7 DVD and run that.
