Thats all that happens and i don’t know what to do next. Please help also i’ve lost my windows cd
One more thing every time I try and enter anything it says “Bad command line”
Also I remember something about drivers basically my audio driver used to randomly go but when I restarted the computer i came back so I think the problem lies somewhere there
I worked this out, yes you have the Norton PC-DOS Version popping up on the Restore CD. It creates a virtual A:\_ drive.
FYI this is not PC-DOS7 it is Symantec hacked PC-DOS licensed from IBM
Either the CD is corrupted or your hard drive is knackered………….
Have you checked in BIOS that drives are being recognized correctly ??
Try to follow this:
When you are in A:\>
Type C:
Go to support directory (cd SUPPORT)
And then, type ghost
