Solved Getting Rid Of Notification Arcsoft Connect Daemon

Everytime I boot my pc, I get message that Arcsoft Connect Daemon stopped working and I am unable to disable this notification, evem after i allow to send Error Report to Microsoft. My OS is Windows XP. How to solve this irritating notification

      Start > Run > msconfig > OK > Startup Tab > remove check mark beside offending entry > Apply > Ok
