Solved Windows 10 Blue Screen While Downloading

why my pc with windows 10 OS is blue screen while downloading with download speed is >500kbps. i can download file only when my speed is limited to <500 kbps

      Make sure you network adapter drivers are up to date.

      If not go to Device Manager and uninstall the driver you are using. Do not allow it to remove “software” if it asks but ignore other warnings. This will set up the software again when you restart the system (finds new hardware) which can sometimes help.

      The other thing you can try is:
      “Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all > Network Adapter” which might fix it.
