Solved HP Envy 700 Series Computer Won’t Boot Up Or Go Into BIOS

I can’t get my hp to go to F 10 it will bring up menu but wont let me go to boot BIos It just wont let me click on f9 or any of the commands

      HP startup options

      F10 – BIOS
      F9 – Boot Options
      F2 – Diagnostics

      So what happens when you press F10 during boot. It shouldn’t bring up a menu. What menu are you seeing?
