Convert From Lotus Approach To ?????

We use Lotus Approach at multiple locations. We know that we must, unfortunately, convert to some other software as Approach is now getting too out of date. We want to convert to something that we can load on our web site and that our users can access on the site.

We want to combine all sites onto one d/b but have logins for each user and only enable them to see their own data. We have many user screens and reports as well as calculations and macros in Approach.

Can anyone suggest a good alternative, especially one that is easy to convert to from Approach?

    It’s my understanding that you can run Lotus Approach Release 9.8 on Win 7
