If your provider is blocking the ports you need to use to connect your VPN then you only have one choice as I see it. You’re going to have to go with a provider that doesn’t.

If that isn’t an option, talk to your IT department and ask if they can’t change the VPN connection port for you to something that isn’t being blocked by your provider.

There isn’t going to be anything you can modify/change/adjust on your SOHO router that would be of any value in this situation.

    ****Edit****

I noticed the following as I clicked ‘submit’
    even for business

Do you mean, even for a business class internet connection with Cox? That would be unusual as one of the reasons for paying (more) for a business class plan would be to be able to have a website (using port 80) at your place of business.

Double check if that’s the case or not. Because if you could upgrade to a business class plan, that would be another option.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the captain of my soul.

“The 6500 error code is a logic board error code. The PCI Bus error is detected by the ASCI. Sounds like it needs new logic board. but i suggest you to first of all you can try to reset your printer –

    1. Turn the printer off with the Power button (if available).
    2. Disconnect the data cable from the printer.
    3. Unplug the printer’s power cord for approximately 10 minutes, and then plug it back in.
    4. Turn the printer back on. If this works you’re done, if not try the next step.

    1. After confirming that the printer is powered on, open the paper output tray.
    2. Open the top cover and wait until the print head moves to the center.
    3. Open the inner cover and check that ink tanks are properly seated.
    4. Properly seated
    5. Press down on each ink tank until a click is heard.
    6. Close the inner cover and top cover

if reset method not works for you then you go for the new logic board replacement ………….

Another guy said he bought a new logic board from Canon, but it might not be worth the cost to repair”

AOL should probably be uninstalled but if you really feel you want it then it should be launched manually also, not with Windows. I do not think onedrive is important to launch either but it may be up to how you use it. HP software Update, probably not needed but it is up to you. Dell stuff, mostly annoying but most probably leave it, it is up to you.
Stuff to stay: HP scan stuff, most Microsoft Stuff, RealTek stuff, Synaptics (touchpad).
The ones that are not as clear, try one at a time and give it a few days to decide, you can change your mind on them I am pretty sure and reverse them.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
