    However.. if you look at this quick set up guide it seems TP-link post the SSID and access key/password on the bottom of the router; which would seem to suggest they enable wifi by default?

    Have you had a look at the information on the base of your router?

  4. It might need a driver reinstall. Get the drivers only from the original mfg's site (Support>Downloads>Drivers). If one of the drivers specifically lists LAN or NICS and another lists WiFi then those are the ones you really want.

    If you have improperly removed the drive while it was still writing the MBR can get corrupted and the drive will not be readable. That doesn’t mean the drive is broken.

    This is a TV Question and not necessarily a PC problem however, it could be that you have speakers attached to the TV or an amplifier with speakers, or that an amplifier with speakers is near the TV and is causing interference, or that you have too many appliances on the one powerboard and the TV is straining get power.
    Solution? Don’t put an amplifier too close to the TV and use a different powerboard for the TV power plug.

    You should now be able to delete .jar files
