Solved Help With Outlook 2007 Mailbox Full

  • 5

Hello. I received a message from Outlook that my mailbox was 90% full so I made it new pst file (2003 and later format) and made it my new file delivery. Now I’m still getting the warning messages from Outlook and don’t know why. I assumed by making a new PST file and making it the new file directory everything would be okay. Please help!

  1. Just found out that, even though auto archive was being run regularly, ALL Inbox folders were marked as “Do Not Archive” by default. Thus, even though we thought we were autoarchiving everything, the action was only being performed on the sent items folder!

Try clicking File / Archive …at the bottom of this popup, there’s an option that says Include items with “Do not AutoArchive” checked. Try checking that box and see if it cleans up much more of your inbox.
