Bitget has added an Anthropic-linked offering to its IPO Prime platform. The exchange announced it on November 3. Eligible users can subscribe from $100.
The offering comes before Anthropic’s planned public listing. Anthropic filed its initial IPO registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26. It filed an amended prospectus on November 2.
Anthropic plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. The final share price and offering date have not been set. The company’s amended filing included updated financial details.
Bitget Sets Two Subscription Rounds
The VIP round opens November 5 at 08:00 UTC. It closes November 9 at the same time. VIP1 to VIP7 users can commit between $100 and $3 million.
The VIP round has a combined limit of $1 billion. It carries a 12% underwriting fee. Fees apply only to the amounts that are allocated.
The public round begins November 10. Individual commitments range from $100 to $25,000. The combined limit is $200 million.
The public round closes at 08:00 UTC one day before Anthropic’s IPO. It carries a 5% fee. Both rounds accept USDT and USDGO.
Allocations depend on available shares and each user’s share of total subscriptions. Bitget cited past allocation rates of 40% to 80% through partner channels. It said these figures do not guarantee similar results for Anthropic.
Users cannot cancel a subscription once it is submitted. Funds stay locked during processing. Bitget will refund any amount that is not allocated.
What rANT Tokens Provide
Successful applicants will receive rANT tokens. The tokens represent economic exposure to Anthropic shares. Brokerage and custody partners will hold the underlying shares.
Bitget’s terms state that holding rANT is not the same as holding Anthropic shares. The tokens do not give users shareholder status or voting rights. Bitget’s promotional materials describe the tokens as backed by real shares.
Public-round tokens are expected two to three hours before regular U.S. trading begins on listing day. VIP tokens are expected three to five business days after the IPO. Trading is set to start about one hour after Anthropic’s Nasdaq opening auction.
Bitget confirmed that Anthropic has not authorized, sponsored or endorsed the token offering. U.S. residents cannot take part. Residents of several other restricted places are also excluded. Users must complete identity verification first.
Other platforms have offered Anthropic-linked products as well. OKX introduced Anthropic derivatives for eligible European customers in September. Entropy runs perpetual futures through Hyperliquid, and Polymarket offers contracts on the company’s value. Binance Wallet also offered tokenized pre-IPO access through PancakeSwap.
Bitget ran a similar offering for OpenAI in May. It also reported $1.86 trillion in trading volume for the third quarter. Anthropic reportedly plans to sell shares to Japanese investors, targeting up to $3.5 billion.
Bitget’s subscription page estimates an offering price of $103 per share. It estimates a valuation of $1.75 trillion. These are Bitget’s estimates and have not been approved by Anthropic or its underwriters.
Final subscriptions will settle at the confirmed IPO price, plus fees. If the listing is postponed or canceled, Bitget’s terms allow refunds or delayed processing
