my Asus eee PC netbook is acting up.
How do i wipe the hard drive without cd, It is not allowing me to access alot of programs that I have downloaded on the computer.

Assuming you haven’t deleted it, your machine has a recovery partition which will restore it to factory settings after formatting the main partition. Try pressing F9 at boot to get to the restore system.
I agree the most easy is the restore.
Boot to usb flash drive. Boot to pxe maybe.
