I tested a Installation pack that won’t open and there was no solution exists in web , because i searched too much !!!
after all i founded the prob source :
when you starting the installation , immediately it appears a pop-up that says \
“1628 : Installation not complete” or something like this …
“1153” it says the package can’t be extract in [windows drive]\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp (or any system Temp folder)
Solution :
#1 . delete all files in all Temp folders 1 –> [windows drive]\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp 2 –> [windows drive]\WIndows\Temp
#2 . Disconnect from Internet to prevention the net attacks and…
#3 . Disable or Exit your Firewall and Antivirus – I have kaspersky and i found it is the problem and it denies the package to be extracts into temp !!! and i Exited it…
