Win XP Activation Confirmation ID #

I have a version of Win XP pro Service Pack 2 and I just reinstalled it on my other computer. Im trying to activate it over the phone because it doesnt have an internet connection, but the confirmation ID seems NOT to be working. Is there a way a can get a new confirmation id or get an installation id?

PLEASE HELP!

    1. if its installed on another pc with same key you will need another key to install it on a different pc it cant be installed on two different pcs with the same key
