My Toshiba NB 100 has crashed following a virus. I have tried “Load Setup Defaults” from the F2 menu with no results. I have read the Toshiba manual which states ” switch on computer while holding down the zero key and follow on screen instructions” This gives no results either. This unit does not have a cd reader. How can I recover this can anyone give me help?

… www.google search reveals tapping the <F12> <key> @ bootup for this function perhaps there’s a recovery option from there also(?)
