Serial CH0 Master No Device

Hi There

Turned my pc on yesterday and it is failing to boot up. I get this message during the boot up process

Serial CH0 Master No Device
and
Serial CH1 No Device

This has just happened all of a sudden for no apparent reason.

Any ideas?

    1. Methinks you need to install/reinstall the motherboard drivers.
      CH0/1 errors are referring to channel 0 and 1 which are the primary IDE devices .

    2. Seems like it is not seeing a hard drive in bios. Boot to bios.

      Just for grins. Try this. Power down and remove ac plug. Press power button a few times and then go to bios. Some rare times this works.
