Please be informed am trying to get print from Thin Print for citrix envoirment below error is comin up could you please advice the reason
Error while receiveing data.then printer name(HP color laser jet cp1215 on computer name#then IP address,port :Thin Port;Document: statement ,Error in function No,0,Error Code :801beaaf)

      This particular error could be down to the version of the ThinPrint Client you are using please see this thread: http://forum.thinprint.com/cs/forum…

      Alternatively if the application you are printing from is generating RAW format print data that’s a problem, the TP Output Gateway (TPOG) driver is looking to recieve EMF format print data, if you can change the driver your application is using to use the TPOG driver you may have more success.
