Solved Nero Express Couldn’t Open File. File May Be Corrupt?

I just installed NeroExpress (Memorex DVD Writer 8x) to copy documents & photos from my hardrive to CD. The error message says ” Unexpected file forma. Nero Express could not open file. The file may be corrupt or not supported by Nero Express. I called the Troubleshooting phone 877-474-8548. They check all my connections, properties and said to contact nero.com. Can you help.
