InitializeCriticalSectionEx Not Located In KERNEL32.dll

I’m running XP . I downloaded Wondershar e Filmora to edit some mp4 videos. When I try to run the program I get an instant error “The procedure entry point InitializeCriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll I found a site on line that suggested I download this TechUtilities program which I did. It did nothing. Any clue?

      Yep, avoid all those clever dick online fix-all scams. They cause more problems than they fix.

      Run both of these if you can:
      AdwCleaner:
      https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcle…
      Download and “Save” the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the “Scan” button, followed by the “Clean” button.

      MalwareBytes:
      https://www.malwarebytes.org/
      (use the “Free Download” button rather than the “Buy Now” button).
      After the install go to “Settings > Protection”. Under Scan Options move the “Scan for rootkits” slider over to On and Run the Threat Scan. Quarantine anything it finds.
