Solved How To Fix Windows Update

I am needing to install the latest updates so i can run a program from my college course but i keep getting an error i have tried a few things with no luck please help. how to fix Windows Update Error number: 0x80244019 for windows XP

      If you already have SP3 installed, the issue is with the Windows Update Agent.
