How Do I Find HELPCTR.EXE Download For WIN XP Pro?

I get error message windows cannot find helpctr.exe when I click on Help and Support. I cannot open or rather Windows cannot open the Help and Support center on my computer.

    1. There’s a registry fix here if windows has forgotten about it:

      Or it’s possible the entire help center was deleted. Here’s some info on reinstalling it:
