Solved Google Earth Shows Yellow Outline Of My Country Only

I went to open Google Earth, it just shows a yellow line outlining the whole of Australia and other countries as well,. If I zoom in I see the whole country as it should be – same for the rest of the world. But when I want to look for roads and cities the map goes into a blue hue colour and nothing shows up. I have deleted the program and tried all the versions of Google earth and I get the same result – I cant see the streets or the country etc
