FTP (Passive): Error 12002

warn FTP (Passive): Error 12002 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: the operation timed out
error Could not make an HTTP connection
error Could not make an HTTPS connection
error Could not make an FTP connection

      Control Panel > Internet Options > Security > Restricted sites, make sure microsoft is not listed .

      Also, make sure it is not listed ( blocked ) in programs like Norton or similar.
