What do you do when you receive this message at the botton left of your screen when you try and print a word 2007 document. Connecting to printer Press ESC to cancel then word freezes up.

Have you got the most recent updates for Office? – I had an issue
with this about 4 months ago and it disappeared after updating,
but no idea which one fixed it I’m afraid.
You have to fix your printer. Before you print verify the printer that is selected in the Print Dialog is one that is actually connected to your computer. If it is then go to Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> Right Click on the printer you are using -> Goto Properties -> Do a test Print and post the results.
