Clear Setup Password For HP 6710b Laptop

i want to clear setup password of hp 6710.
is there any tool?
Is it possible removing password with hiren boot cd?

    1. Click User Management. Remove all account(s) under ProtectTools Users section then click Save. Go back to Security tab. Click Change Password to remove BIOS Administrator password.

    2. Restart your machine when the Windows login screen pops up click on “Ease of access”. While in the System32 directory, type “control userpasswords2” and press enter. Click on reset password, and then enter the new password – or keep new password field blank to remove Windows login password.
