Let me explain what I see. First of all, it looks like Windows was reinstalled a second time without a format or without creating a new partition. Hence the windows.000 directory. That may or may not be part of your problem. Secondly, you are are using Norton. I’m not a fan of Symantec products but it’s up to you , if you want to keep it or not. The following entry also could be part of the problem.

That ^^ has to be deleted no matter what you do.

Delete that ^^ too. I can’t find anything about it.

That ^^ could be part of what’s giving you that error message. As I said, it’s up to you if you want to continue with Symantec products.

I get suspicious of anything in the Run Once folder. I would delete that too.

Also, I’m not a fan of toolbars. Once again, it’s up to you if you want to keep them or not but they are not secure.
