Solved Making A Multi Bootable Mini Xp/7/Rescue Drisk With OS

i want to make that multi iso file work on my USB drive (make an bootable USB drive) with multiple files (Like windows xp ,windows 7 setup in one drive) because carrying out cd everywhere is an headache and i want to get it handy.
i tried many softwares like Winbootic,isotousb,flashboot etc which works if on Windows Xp,Windows 7 to make bootable but none is helping me out successfully to get this thing in pendrive.
