How To Enter Hdd/Ssd Password?

My computer went black and it suddenly “enter HDD/SSD password” but i didn’t know my HDD/SSD password
please help me

      I don’t think HDD passwords are randomly created, someone must have set it up. You will have to enter the BIOS setup menu, go to the Security section & then enter the password to allow access to the HDD/SSD. It would help to know make/model of your computer. Is it the Toshiba laptop listed in your tags?
