Solved Combine Two Partitions On One Drive In Windows 8.1

My drive has two partitions, one is 149 gig and contains Windows 8.1 and the other is 84 gig and is blank. Is it possible to delete the blank partition and the combine the two without any loss of information, or damage to the existing system?

      Open Disk Management (as described in the link below), right-click on the unwanted partition (make sure you choose the right one!) and select “Delete Volume”. Then follow the procedure in the link to expand your Windows partition.
