when display my computer properties, i get all the information except windows activation, it shows no iformation about activation such as the status and product ID

If you have bought your PC with Win 7 pre-installed, it may not have genuine Windows on it. There is a small program on the internet that removes Windows activation requirement and that area on the System window that gives information about activation and product ID appears blank.
You should contact Microsoft.

If your installation is legal, you will see that. Are you running a cracked copy of Windows 7.
