1. close all open IE Windows.
2. Start>Programs>Accessories>system tools>Internet Explorer (noaddons)
this will start IE in noAddons….
If the problem disappears when running in no addons mode then it is being caused by one or more of your addons…since your other browsers are affected it is probably being caused by an addon that is common to all of your browsers…
Use the Tools>Manage Addons menu from IE to disable your Toolbar and BHO addons one at a time (restarting IE each time to see if disabling an addon fixes the issue)
or
Start>Control Panel>Action Center>Internet – will list any known malware or incompatible addons.
or
Start>Control Panel>Internet Options>Advanced tab, uncheck “enable third-party browser extensions”…. restart IE for the full changes to take effect.
Start>Windows Update…… examine your optional updates lists for any driver updates (for your keyboard) and apply and install them.
You have a number of anti-virus programs installed on your computer…
You only need one…. having multiple av products installed will slow your computer and may cause errors….
Spybot S&D is not suitable for Win7 and higher… it uses black lists for url’s and slows down the web browser considerable.
The AV products that you have installed are probably free versions, that do not have up-to-date malware lists… Consider purchasing a license from the AV vendor or

Possibly you have upgraded to Win7 from XP…(that’s why you still have Spybot and two other AV products installed)…. I would guess that the keyboard issues may be being caused by a rootkit infection inherited from your XP machine…. seek local professional help to have your machine scanned.

Hi,
I suppose that you have disabled IE feature, please open control panel\Program and features\Turn Windows features on or off, scroll down to IE, see if you have a tick on this option, if you don’t have, then tick this option, then restart PC.
If you already ticked this option, untick it, restart pc, re-tick it, restart.
Or manually go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe, or type Internet Explorer in the start button\search box.
