After logging in get the blue screen then after approx 10 minutes, get the full start up screen with the message “EXCEPTION ESocketError in module WSHELPER.exe at 000F1667. WSA CLeanup.”
This occurred after downloading and running TECH UTILITIES programme to rectify error codes.
Does not allow me to get into the Internet.
Resolved the situation by loading windows in safe mode and recovering system to an earlier date.
Can anyone advise why the TECH UTILITES downloaded programme does this as the programme was not cheap and the TECH UTILITIES site does not inform you how one can claim back their payment due to inappropriate actions to one’s systemafter running the downloaded programme.
