    Introduction

The purpose of this tutorial is to create a Windows 7 DVD with all version of Windows 7 both 32 & 64 bit.

    Software Required:

ImageBurn (Freeware: CD/DVD Burning Software) (Link)
UltraISO (License Required, 30 day trial: Disk Image Creation Software) (Link)
WAIK (Freeware: Windows Automated Installation Kit) (Link)
Windows 7 32 Bit (X86) DVD – Purchase required – Any OEM version will do as the DVD contain all 32 bit versions anyway they are just locked.
Windows 7 64 Bit (X64) DVD – Purchase required – Any OEM version will do as the DVD contain all 64 bit versions anyway they are just locked.

    Tutorial:

Step 1. Create a folder in c:\ and call it “Work”

Step 2. Create 4 folders within the Work folder: X86, X64, ISO & Wim.

Step 3. Extract the Windows 7 32 Bit (X86) DVD to the X86 folder Using imageburn or drag and drop contents directly from DVD

Step 4. Extract Windows 7 64 Bit (X64) DVD to the X64 Folder. Using imageburn or drag and drop contents directly from DVD

Step 5. Make an ISO of the Windows 7 32 Bit (X86) DVD and save it in the folder called ISO (Use Image Burn).

Step 6. Cut the file “Install.Wim” from the C:\Work\X86\Sources folder and paste it into the “Wim” folder in C:\Work\Wim.

Step 7. Now delete the folder X86 from the C:\Work folder (You don’t need this any more)

Step 8. Now open WAIK (Windows Automated Installation Kit)

Step 9. Now for creating the all in one system, type these commands into WAIK pressing return after each command:

    Imagex /export c:\work\x64\sources\install.wim 1 c:\work\wim\install.wim “Windows 7 Home Basic (x64)”
    Imagex /export c:\work\x64\sources\install.wim 2 c:\work\wim\install.wim “Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)”
    Imagex /export c:\work\x64\sources\install.wim 3 c:\work\wim\install.wim “Windows 7 Professional (x64)”
    Imagex /export c:\work\x64\sources\install.wim 4 c:\work\wim\install.wim “Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)”

Step 10. Once all the above commands have been imputed into WAIK; close WAIK down and open your wim folder c:\work\wim and check to see if the wim file is 3.41GB or there about

Step 11. Delete the X64 folder now from the c:\work folder (You no longer need this folder)

Step 12. Open Ultra ISO and navigate to the Windows 7 32 bit Iso c:\work\iso; open the iso within ultra iso.

Step 13. Navigate to the sources folder and delete the ei.cfg file and all the .clg files from the sources directory

Step 14. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the c:\work\wim folder and drag the install.wim file into the UltraIso program making sure you drag it to the sources folder within UltraIso.

Step 15. Select save within UltraIso and when complete close the UltraIso program.

Step 16. Open ImageBurn and navigate to the C:\work\iso file and burn the ISO image to disk.

Step 17. That’s it your done, try your disk out and have fun.
