Corel Draw File Errors

Something strange began to happen. Every time I open Corel Draw or create a new document, I get the following error message:
“LIBRARY NO LONGER AVAILABLE”. Access to Flickr no longer available. And all my files are no longer open. says that the files are corrupted
Does anyone know why this message appears and how to stop it? It acts on the nerves.
Please help.
