what is the differents between ADC and BDC? are both same?

      ADC means additional domain controller or active directory controller.
      BDC means backup domain controller

      We don’t use either term when discussing Active Directory or Domain controllers.

      ADC is a made up term by those who don’t know better.
      BDC is a term from NT4 days and doesn’t exist in Active Directory
