I see this error in the event log every time I start the server :
This computer is now hosting the specified directory instance, but Active Directory Web Services could not service it. Active Directory Web Services will retry this operation periodically.
Directory instance: GC
Directory instance LDAP port: 3268
Directory instance SSL port: 3269
both of the servers are windows server 2008 r2 replicated with each other
There are some possible answers on that site. Use that site to search all event IDs.
