Solved Trying To Format DVD-R Disc Using Windows 10

How do you format a dvd-r using windows 10? Used to be simple with Windows 7. Have transferred photos to DVD drive but widows 10 cannot read the inserted disc without formatting.

      If that doesn’t help most likely the reason is lack of software in Windows 10.
