Solved Multiple Duplicates Of Devices In Bluetooth & Other Devices

I have multiple duplicates of devices in Bluetooth & Other Devices, under Other Devices to be specific. Duplicated about 130 times, roughly counted, on 2 different devices, 2 smart TV’s i think.

Why is this so?

      It may be because the associated device has been disconnected manually, or has disconnected itself and then been reconnected… I notice this on my Mac systems (and IOS systems too) on occasion. I simply delete the multiple (in my case singe or double) entries, leaving the current entry/entries intact of course.

      Equally it may be that a given device has tried to connect and failed; or t hat the bluetooth hub has tried to re-establish the connection itself it too has failed…
