Solved How To Fix Slow Computer.

My computer is running very slowly. I read that changing the start-up files would help. I entered ‘msconfig’ in Search and saw the start-up files.There were many, many files but I do not know which ones I can safely disable.

      iTunes and AOL desktop are probably the worst culprits. iTunes and even iCloud, if you use it does not need to launch with Windows. AOL should probably be uninstalled but if you really feel you want it then it should be launched manually also, not with Windows. I do not think onedrive is important to launch either but it may be up to how you use it. HP software Update, probably not needed but it is up to you. Dell stuff, mostly annoying but most probably leave it, it is up to you.
      Stuff to stay: HP scan stuff, most Microsoft Stuff, RealTek stuff, Synaptics (touchpad).
      The ones that are not as clear, try one at a time and give it a few days to decide, you can change your mind on them I am pretty sure and reverse them.

      You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
