Solved How to find machine ID (Product ID) string in Windows 10

How do I find machine ID number in Windows 10. Just changed the motherboard and trying to reinstall a couple of old soiftwares. They are asking for machine Id number

      If you mean the Product ID:

      Control Panel >> System

      You’ll see a window with the heading “View Information about your computer“.

      At the bottom is the Product ID string.
