How Do I Resolve a BSOD On Windows 10 When Accessed Via Rdp?

How do I resolve a BSOD on Windows 10 when accesed via rdp? The machine does not blue screen any other time except when I RDP the machine and upon review of the minidump file it looks to be related to a cdd.dll (canonical display driver) that is used when accessing the workstation via RDP. I’ve tried running system file checker but this didn’t make any difference.
Before I discovered this clue, I ran full thorough hardware diagnostics and all passed.

      Also, make sure to run DISM before SFC. DISM is responsible for the repository that SFC uses when it’s checking your system.
