How do I move my App-Icons from centre of the screen into one(1) column to the left edge above the Start ? Or do I have to move them to Start, I assume NOT. They were there but accidentally somehow I move them in the centre. I’m using Windows 10, Version 1709.

My Windows 10 computer doesn’t have any updates that weren’t
already installed when I bought it new almost a year ago, so
I’m not the best person to try to help. You have a recent
update, the “Fall Creators Update”. The layout of the Start
Menu has been changed at least three times since the version
I have. You might not be able to get the layout you want
without uninstalling the update. But there are programs to
make the Windows 10 Start Menu look like it was in Windows 7,
so there might be programs to get it the way you want.
Not knowing what is in the newer versions, the first thing I
would do is check the Personalization window in Settings to
see if any new settings for the Start Menu have been added.
My version has 6 on/off settings relating to the Start Menu,
plus 10 more that specify which standard folders to show.
Nothing that does what you want, though.
