HID-Compliant Mouse Missing In Device Manager

I just installed windows 10 HP Pavilion g6 that had windows 7 when I try to use tablet mode it doesn’t work. When I go to device manager I don’t see human interface devices. What can I do ?

    1. Go into Updates & see if there are any more forthcoming.

      If all Updates are definitely finished, run this tool, don’t install anything, just upload a SS ( screenshot ) of all it finds.
