Solved Cyberlink Vs VLC Player

My new HP Windows 10 notebook computer came bundled with
Cyberlink Power Media Player 14 and Cyberlink PowerDirector.
Is/are there any reason(s) to use these rather than VLC Media
Player, which I see I downloaded December 26 but haven’t yet
installed? I don’t care to agree to Cyberlink’s EULA if I’m not
going to use it.

      No reason at all why you should use Cyberlink. I too have it onboard but found it bloated with (from memory) various features I would never use. I installed VLC and am quite happy with its versatility.
